  • Dr. Roh earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine before continuing his advanced training through the University of Connecticut’s six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. As part of his surgical training, he also earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. His education and clinical experience have provided extensive training across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, pathology, temporomandibular joint disorders, and reconstructive procedures. During his residency, Dr. Roh trained at leading regional institutions, including UConn Health, Hartford Hospital, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, and Saint Francis Hospital. Serving as Chief Resident, he helped oversee the management of complex facial trauma, head and neck infections, reconstructive surgery cases, and outpatient surgical care. He is also highly trained in anesthesia, providing moderate and deep sedation as well as general anesthesia to help ensure a safe and comfortable surgical experience for patients.
  • Dr. Roh has a particular interest in utilizing advanced technology to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes. His experience with virtual surgical planning, guided surgery, and 3D printing technologies allows him to develop highly individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. He remains actively engaged in research and professional development and has presented nationally on topics related to anesthesia, implant dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.
