Meet Dr. Shawn Lynn | Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Riverside Oral Surgery
Hailing from Binghamton, New York, Dr. Lynn is a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. He obtained his DDS from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry and went on to complete a general practice residency, followed by Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. During his time there, he served as Chief Resident and received the esteemed “Resident of the Year” award.
Dr. Lynn’s commitment to advancing his field is evident through his publication in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and his international volunteer work, where he has treated children with facial deformities, including cleft lip and palate.
As a valuable addition to our team, Dr. Lynn upholds Riverside Oral Surgery’s commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lynn is an avid skier and the driving force behind the annual Riverside Oral Surgery CE and Ski Trip, which fosters camaraderie and education among local colleagues. He also enjoys playing guitar, running, and cherishing moments with his wife, two children, and beloved dog.
