Bruce A. Huberman, DMD
Dr. Bruce A. Huberman is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has been practicing in New Jersey since 1991. He received his specialty certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from UMDNJ/ University Hospital and completed a prestigious AO/ Synthes fellowship in Maxillofacial Surgery in Basel, Switzerland. He’s a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, Mass where he received his BA in Biology and earned his dental degree from UMDNJ- NJ Dental School.
Dr . Huberman has been an active leader in his specialty throughout his career. He’s been a delegate from NJ to the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for many years and is presently the caucus chair from District II. He received the fundraiser of the year award from the association’s PAC component and has been an active member on many national legislative and academic committees. He’s past chair of the section of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at JFK Hospital where he’s an active attending surgeon and past president of the NJ Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Huberman enjoys practicing the full scope of his specialty with a special interest in endodontic, dentoalveolar, and dental implant surgery.
He lives with his wife Mallory, “the closet and home curator”. They have two children Max and Morgan and their Labradoodle Trixie. In his time away from his practice, Dr. Huberman, a former marathon runner, and iron-man triathlete like to take spin classes and spends many weekends away traveling with his son Morgan who is a top-ranked squash player in the United States. He recently launched a podcast entitled the “Two Dot Chronicles” which focuses on junior, collegiate and professional squash.
