The best dental experience in 40 years - Honestly. Broke a tooth, which was under a cap, totally infected and swollen. Dr. Brandon Oaks I cannot thank enough. He was confident that he can pull it out without any issue and it was fast and successful. It is now 24 hours later and the pain is basically gone with future plans for a replacement. The staff were also extremely helpful and cheerful. Best experience yet! All future dental work will be done with Dr. Oaks!! Thank you all @ Riverside Oral Surgery!!

Dr Berrino explained every necessary steps including time line clearly. He also took my concerns seriously. The procedure was done quick and flawless. He even called me to make sure everything is fine. The staffs were very nice. Highly recommend this practice if you need oral surgery.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable even though I was so afraid, from check-in through recovery. The surgeon explained the procedure clearly, and the extraction was quick and much smoother than I expected. I appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and the team’s attention to making sure I was doing okay.

I’m so glad we decided to get a second opinion and compare prices. It’s incredible that Riverside Oral Surgery was almost half the price of another oral surgery office in the same town.

From the very first phone call, when I simply asked about their pricing, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They even accepted the X-rays that had already been taken at the other office, making the process much easier. Dr. Seong Hee Cho was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything, provided transparent pricing right away, and made us feel completely comfortable moving forward with my daughter’s surgery to remove all four of her wisdom teeth.

Today was the procedure, and it literally took only about 30 minutes. I was able to stay with my daughter until she was sedated, which helped her feel much more at ease. Dr. Cho was extremely professional, reassuring, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

When we left, Andrea, the nurse, kindly walked us to the car since it was raining. That level of care meant a lot to us. We were sent home with all the prescriptions, gauze, a syringe, detailed post-op instructions, and even a T-shirt! Those little details really make the experience even better.

From the receptionist to the staff who helped us with pricing and insurance, everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, but they took the time to answer my questions, reassure me, and make me feel completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much quicker and easier than I expected.

I had oral surgery yesterday and so far my entire experience was great. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful when I needed to bump up my appointments due to an infection that was starting. Not only did she bump me up but she even called me back the day before the surgery and offered me an earlier time slot. Everyone in the office is very friendly and Dr. Richer is great, he even texted me in the evening to check in on me. I would recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery!
